Ask Andrew is an automated troubleshooting tool designed to help you find answers to your iriver questions. While Andrew is not a real person, he can help you find solutions through a guided question and answer session. Based upon how you respond, Andrew will present a solution. When he cannot give a solution, Andrew will record the chat session so that iriver can refine the knowledge base by adding answers

 
 
     
The flash types and HDD types of iriver's MP3 or MP4 players are different from other installation programs that have to be installed according to the connection type. Please check the installation CD included in the product you purchased, and follow the instructions to complete the installation based on the connection type.
